A little bit of background about me – I have worked as a Secretary/PA for over 20 years and until October 2010 had combined working as a therapist with a full time day job. I have 3 young adults and two gorgeous grandchildren now and they all teach me so much. I gave up my last day job to follow my passion and do what makes my heart sing! It’s very exciting and sometimes stressful but I’m happy! I think happy is what we all aspire to be whatever we do.
My journey
I began my journey as a holistic therapist in 2001 having been on a chillout weekend with a girlfriend. 
I do think we are all on a journey!
During that weekend I experienced reflexology, reiki and had an Indian Head Massage for the first time that weekend. I was amazed when the reflexologist picked up that I had a problem with a breast from working on the top of my foot! This triggered my curiosity and I had to know more. Indian Head Massage first , then I studied Reiki first level and the rest, as they say, is history. I went on to train in Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Vertical Reflex Therapy, Hopi Ear Candles and Facelift Massage.
What I do
As well as delivering massages, reiki, reflexology, hopi ear candles and facelift massage, I am now also qualified as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Matrix Remprinting practioner. I love the speed that changes and transformations can take place even on issues that have “been around” for ages. I am one of the first to train as a Financial Healer (using Matrix Reimprinting) and have also studied Matrix Birth Reimprinting.
I am always learning and reading about new modalities, new ways of doing things faster and easier. I totally love being a therapist and meeting new people all the time. I am also passionate about therapists and think that we need to look after ourselves too. We give a lot and often neglect ourselves and become “wounded healers”.

EFT & Matrix Reimprinting sessions are available in the comfort of your own home (within a reasonable distance) at my treatment room in Warrington, by telephone & Skype and also at other locations.
From March 1st I will be available at a lovely clinic with treatment rooms for rent in Hale Precious Health for EFT, Matrix Reimprinting and other holistic therapies.
